Who we are
Gamaxsene (გამახსენე) is a reminder app built first for Georgian speakers. The data controller is the owner of the application. Questions: [email protected]
Reminders
Stored on your phone. If you sign in, your reminders — title, time, repeat rule, category — are also kept on our server so you have them on a second device and Couple mode works. If you sign in, habit entries (amount and time), completion history and focus sessions are kept on the server too, for the same reason — so you have them in the browser and on a second device; medicine names and step counts stay on your phone.
Cycle data
This is health data and we treat it that way: it is encrypted on the phone, the key lives only on your device, only ciphertext reaches the server, and we cannot read it. It is never sent to any AI.
Apple Health
If you turn on the steps habit and grant permission, the app reads only your daily step total from Apple Health. When you are signed in, that single number — the day and the step total — is also stored on our server so you have it in the browser and on a second device; nothing else from Apple Health is uploaded, it is never sent to analytics or to any AI, and it is never shared with third parties. It is deleted with your account.
Diagnostics
If the app crashes, one short technical message (the error text, app version, platform and, if you are signed in, your account identifier) is sent to our server so we can fix the bug. It does not include reminder text or cycle data; crash reports are deleted with your account.
Usage statistics
To understand what gets used and what it costs us, the phone sends our server a small record: whether a reminder was captured by voice or typed, how many characters it had, whether the parser understood it, whether the app was opened today, and the app version. The text itself and the audio are never included. These records are not shared with third parties and are deleted after 400 days or when the account is deleted.
Account
If you sign in with Apple or Google we keep your account identifier and your email, if you chose to share it. We never see your password. We do not collect your age, gender, address or phone number.
Artificial intelligence
A phrase is processed on your phone first; if it cannot be understood, only that single phrase may be sent to a language-model provider (OpenAI through OpenRouter, or Google Gemini). A voice recording is sent to a speech-recognition provider (ElevenLabs or Google) to be turned into text and is deleted right away. OpenRouter passes a request only to providers that neither store it nor use it to train models. Cycle data, contacts and your other reminders are never sent.
What we do not do
No advertising, no third-party analytics, no selling of data, no profiling, no location tracking.
Where it lives
The server side is in the European Union, in Germany (Supabase — Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt; netcup — Nuremberg). Sub-processors: Supabase, netcup, Apple, Google, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, OpenAI, RevenueCat — each receives only what its job needs.
How long
Reminders and cycle data — until you delete them; account and usage counters — until you delete the account; usage statistics — 400 days; voice recordings are not kept. Deleting your account deletes everything, on the server and on the phone. Deletion cannot be undone.
Your rights
See, correct, delete and export your data — these are buttons in the app (Settings → Account → Data). You can withdraw consent at any time. The app is for people aged 16 and over. When this text changes, the app asks for your consent again. Version: 2026-09-25.
