A reminder did not arrive.
Check that notifications for Gamaxsene are on: Settings → Notifications → Gamaxsene. In a Focus mode a time-sensitive reminder still comes through, unless “Time Sensitive Notifications” is turned off for that Focus. If it still does not arrive, write to us and we will look at it together.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Apple manages the subscription: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Gamaxsene → Cancel. The full version stays until the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. One step removes the account and everything you had on the server. Deletion cannot be undone.
Where do my text and voice go?
A phrase is parsed on your phone first. If the local parser cannot read it, only that one phrase may be sent to the server, and it is not kept after the answer comes back. A voice recording is turned into text and deleted immediately. The details are in the privacy policy.
The couple code does not work.
Both of you need the app installed. If the invite link did not open the app, enter the code by hand; it is six characters. Codes expire; if yours has, request a new one with one tap.
Does it work in English too?
Yes. The interface is Georgian and English; it follows the phone's language and can be switched in Settings at any time.
Will there be an Android version?
Right now Gamaxsene is iPhone only.
